Sumptuous Snack: Chai Tea Jelly

    A snack doesn't mean munching on something, it can also mean sipping a cool drink like this chai tea jelly.

    4 tablespoons gelatin powder

    800ml almond milk

    3 chai tea bags

    2 tablespoons agave nectar


    1Place 1⁄4 cup warm water in a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water, and stir until dissolved. Set aside.

    2In a saucepan, bring the almond milk to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and agave and let steep for 5 minutes.

    3Discard the tea bags. Stir in the gelatin mixture until combined. Pour into serving dishes and let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
